Our Warranty

Purchase Agreement: Classic Canvas Company neither assumes nor makes any warranty or responsibility for the use or misuse of any of its products. The end user assumes all such liability. The purchaser agrees that Classic Canvas Company remains harmless regarding all use of products manufactured and sold by Classic Canvas Company.


Product Standards: Classic Canvas Company products are Proudly Made in United States of America, we’ve chosen only the highest quality materials. All our products have a black heavy duty vinyl exterior liner for extra draggingdurability and overhead lifting strength.


Overhead Testing, Inverted Position & Load Capacity Testing: Classic Canvas Company hired a prestigious firm to perform rigorous test on our products. Classic Canvas Company is very concerned for the safety of every one of our customers and will never compromise the safety standards of our products. Based on the requirements of ASME B30.26 for rigging & ASME B30.9 for slings the estimated working load limit should not exceed 20% of the rated load limit stated on the product. The tests done are similar to standards set forth in current documents by OSHA, ANSI, and NIST for other lifting related apparatus. Our products come with model numbers and warning labels that are stitched right onto the bags and serial numbers stamped to one of the d-rings with clear visibility for the technicians to read.


Our canvas bags are load rated for tool transportation only. Personnel should never be transported and these products are not intended to be use as personnel lifting assistant. (TEST RESULTS CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.) Although we trust our product and we will stand behind our word, we randomly test our product to assure our customers of our product quality consistency.


Warranty: Classic Canvas Company warrants our product for 365 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to defects found on the material of the product purchased. Wear & Tear damage due to shock loads, abrasion & uneven loading are not cover. Classic Canvas Company strongly recommends that each of its products is inspected upon delivery arrival and every time before using any of our products. Call our warranty department if you have any questions.


Product Storage & Care: All Classic Canvas Company products should be stored at room temperature away from excessive heat or cold, in a dry location. Free of exposure to chemicals and ultraviolet light when not in use. Prolonged exposure to UV light should be avoided to minimize degradation and loss of strength.  Classic Canvas Company products should be hand washed with a mild detergent, and set out to dry if necessary. The use of high pressure water or soap is not recommended and highly discourage. The application of high temperature heat to dry a Classic Canvas Company product is strongly discouraged and will void warranty immediately.


Chemical Environments: Lifting products manufactured by Classic Canvas Company are not recommended for use where the fumes, vapors, sprays, mists, or liquids of acids, phenols, or caustics are present.


Exposure to Ultra-Violet (UV) Light: Classic Canvas Company recommends that product exposure to UV light be minimized. The strength and integrity of Classic Canvas Company product may be degraded if exposed to excessive amounts UV light.


Removal from Service: It is the responsibility of the end-user to determine when a Classic Canvas Company product is unfit for use and should be removed from service immediately. Products permanently removed from service should have all rigging points/carry handles cut in a way to prevent further use after making such

determination.
